Since opening our first Restaurant in December 1999, in London, Strada have now opened over 65 restaurants thoroughout the UK.

We believe that through hiring the right people, training and developing them properly, and ensuring that they are always motivated, is why we are a success.

Training

From the very first moment you start working with us you will see that we take training as serious business! Our comprehensive training programs give our new Managers the confidence, knowledge and all the necessary skills to be the very best at what they do and also helping them to realise their full potential. Each position within the company has a tailor made training schedule. Throughout your training program you will be working alongside a qualified Strada trainer and some of the most experienced members of our teams. Throughout your training period you will be assessed regularly, both written and practical as well as having assessment meetings with your Trainer. We are confident that by the end of your initial training program you will have acquired all the necessary skills and knowledge to be successful and to be able to grow with us and share in our success.
